Background

Pamela has worked in small to medium size commercial law firms, since admitted to practise in February 2011 and holds both legal and accounting qualifications. She provides advice to clients on asset protection and addressing risks with potential future Family Provision Act claims during the estate planning process, considering various options to best achieve the client’s objectives. Guiding families (and Executors/Administrators) through the process of applying for Probate or Letters of Administration and thereafter administering deceased estates and providing advice regarding testamentary trusts. Complementary to her extensive Estate experience Pamela also works in the areas of commercial contracts preparation and review, trusts, property transactions and conveyancing.

Pamela prides herself on providing clients with quality and timely legal advice to enable them to make informed decisions. She endeavours to develop long standing professional relationships with her clients and forming close working relationships with referrers to ensure we can achieve the best outcomes for the clients.

Outside of work Pamela has 3 young children who keep her very busy.
