We offer a no-charge, up-to 15 minute consult with your preparation of your Company Formation Instructions. For example: Do you want to have a standard proprietary limited company, a public company or a company limited by a guarantee? We can also advise you on the importance of putting together at the outset an appropriate Share Issue/Subscription and Shareholders Agreements, if it is to be a valuable (i.e. trading) company and which Agreement are much more important than just a ‘standard’ Constitution that comes with most companies.
