Todd was formerly a global Board Director, National Chairman, and Western Australia President of the Project Management Institute, as well as the inaugural Fellow of PMI in Australia, and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Project Management, Distinguished Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, and a Fellow of Leadership WA.
He is an adjunct Associate Professor in Business and Law at Edith Cowan University and has also held adjunct positions also with Curtin University and CQUniversity. He currently teaches in the MBA program at the Australian Institute of Management.
Todd is a police licensed investigator, working in digital forensics primarily in homicide and other criminal cases. His qualifications cover engineering, contract management, project management, education, information technology, business, criminology, investigation and criminal psychology, including a Master of Business and Administration from Deakin University and a Master of Commerce (Information Systems) from Curtin University. He was the first to complete an undergraduate degree in legal project management worldwide before completing his doctorate degree in forensics and legal project management.
His background beyond digital forensics has included security services, including close protective service assignments.
He currently resides as the Chairman of both the Peopleistic Group (including the Business Education Institute and Film My Video businesses) and the International Institute of Legal Project Management.
Todd is married to Gina, and has a young daughter called Lara. He has a musical background, having won a world championship in Scotland with the WA Police Pipe Band and having played at international events like the Edinburgh Military Tattoo.
