Todd Hutchison

Todd Hutchison is an international bestselling business author, a Nationally-accredited trainer and certified speaking professional (CSP) and listed in the Who’s Who of Business in Australia. He has over 25 years working in planning and executing projects, including project recovery.

Todd is a qualified company director, having served on boards in Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States, and has led international businesses. He has worked in over 200 organisations in 13 countries, including global corporations like AT&T, Microsoft, Coca-Cola, Deloitte, Sime Darby, Genting, Schenk Process, JP Kenny and Honeywell.

Todd’s areas of expertise include:

Todd was formerly a global Board Director, National Chairman, and Western Australia President of the Project Management Institute, as well as the inaugural Fellow of PMI in Australia.

He is a adjunct Associate Professor and has adjunct positions with both Edith Cowan University and Curtin University, and teaches in the MBA program at the Australian Institute of Management, and the Masters of Engineering at Curtin University.

Todd is a police licensed investigator, working in digital forensics primarily in homicide and other criminal  cases. His qualifications cover engineering, contract management, project management, education, information technology, business, criminology, investigation and criminal psychology, including a Master of Business and Administration from Deakin University and a Master of Commerce (Information Systems) from Curtin University. He was the first to complete an undergraduate degree in legal project management worldwide and this year is completing is doctorate degree in forensics and legal project management.

He currently resides as the Chairman of both the Peopleistic Group (including the Business Education Institute and Film My Video businesses) and the International Institute of Legal Project Management, as well as being a Board Director of Leadership Western Australia.

Todd is married to Gina, and has a young daughter called Lara. He has a musical background, having won a world championship in Scotland with the WA Police Pipe Band and having played at international events like the Edinburgh Military Tattoo.
